The Fix fee is paid in full when you say go. From 1 November 2026, if you go ahead with a Fix within 7 days of your Leak Check, the Rs. 1,500 is taken off the Fix fee.

What this is, and what it is not
LeroyFerraoHub is a consulting organisation. We advise customers and small businesses on money disputes with companies. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we do not appear before any court or forum. Any complaint is filed by you, in your own name. For legal advice, consult an advocate of your choice. Results depend on your facts and on the decision of the company or forum, and no outcome is promised.
Where we work
We serve businesses and customers in Mumbai. Sessions are on Zoom or a phone call. If you would rather meet in person, we can visit you anywhere in India; visits are charged separately and the visit charge is told to you before you book. Matters from outside Mumbai are taken case by case. We do not take matters outside India.
Your papers stay private
Your papers are used only for your matter. Names and account numbers are masked while we work on them. Our fee is how we are paid, so your information is never sold or shared. When your matter closes, all your data, including account numbers, is deleted.

Before you send your first message
What papers should I keep ready?
Whatever you have: the bill or statement, the payment proof, and every email, SMS or chat with the company. Photos from your phone are fine.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. The Leak Check is a 30-minute session on Zoom or a phone call. If you want us to come to you, we can, anywhere in India, for a separate visit charge told to you in advance. Papers are shared on WhatsApp or email.
What if you find nothing to recover?
We tell you so in the session, and you do not pay for a Fix. You still leave knowing where you stand.
Who sends the complaint?
You do, in your own name. We prepare it and every paper that goes with it, so it is ready to send.
Will you go to court for me?
No. We are a consulting organisation, not a law firm. If a matter needs a court, we tell you, and you can take our papers to an advocate of your choice.
